Pete’s Furniture Bank is an innovative program that reduces waste and promotes sustainability by giving used furniture a second life. Instead of discarding these items, customers hire Pete’s to pick up the items which are then inspected by our team for redistribution.

There are so many people and organizations in need all over our community. Here are some of the communities the Pete's Furniture Bank is set up to help. We hope you consider us when looking to offload your mattresses and furniture.

How it works?

Reusable essentials such as beds, dressers, sofas, and chairs are made available to low-income individuals and families for a small $25 administration fee, allowing low-income families to access quality home essentials without breaking the bank. This fee may be waved for those who have recently experienced a crisis such as a home fire. Non-essentials are made available to low-income families, non-profits, schools, and then to public at low cost to help support the operational needs of the furniture bank. In addition to diverting waste from landfills, the Furniture Bank fosters a circular economy, generates local employment, and raises environmental awareness among the community members. Participants actively contribute to a greener and more equitable society by supporting this program.
